Presale tickets for the LAN party are now on sale both in the SBI Ticket office and here on the following link. Presale tickets are $10 and tickets at the door will be $15.
The LAN party will be limited to 60 attendees, so get your tickets soon!
Below you will find a link to buy a ticket on line. You can pay with a credit card or with a PayPal account.

Also remember that we have transportation services available for on-campus residents. Simply register for the event and then send us a private message (send it to admin) with a time, location, and phone number and we will pick you up!! |

Halo 3!!!

We just got our Microsoft sponsor to send us multiple XBox 360's with projectors. We will have Halo 3 running from 12PM-4PM in the flag room on the second floor of the Union.
This part of the lan party is free for everyone to attend. You will be able to play Halo 3 for 4 hours. You will not however have access to the gaming downstairs in the lobby without buying a ticket. |

Welcome to the third annual ACM LAN Party! The event will be March 1st, 2008 from 12PM-12AM. Yes that's right, twelve hours of gaming!

We will have tournaments set up for the following games:
F.E.A.R.
StarCraft BroodWar
WarCraft 3: DOTA
Counter Strike Source
Call of Duty 4
Additionally, you are free to play any lan game that you wish, we can even post information for you if you wish to do your own thing. We do have a slight restriction on access to web-based games purely based on a campus bandwidth restraint. |
What To Expect

So you may be thinking to your self, "LAN party? What's in it for me?"
This lan party is a byoc, bring your own computer, that will be held in the ground floor lobby of the Student Union at SUNY University at Buffalo.
There will be many team oriented tournaments and also free for all tournaments! Each of the tournaments will have prizes for the first place winners and possibly for the second place winners.
And unlike many other lan parties... your ticket price includes pizza, wings, and soda! |

We will have a vent server set up with multiple channels. The COD4 time has been fixed.

Will there be a Ventrilo server at the LAN? If there wont be, let me know because I wouldn't mind hosting one on my machine.
